Shipping

How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days for in-stock merchandise. Transit times quoted at checkout are estimates only and do not include processing time.

How will I know when my order has shipped?
Your tracking information will be emailed to the address you entered at checkout once your order ships. Tracking for domestic shipments may take up to 48 hours to return results online. If tracking does not work after this timeframe, please contact us at info@downstateapparel.com.

What shipping methods are available?
We offer the following domestic shipping methods:

UPS Ground – 1-5 business days
UPS 2nd Day Air – 2 business days
USPS Priority – 1-3 business days
USPS Ground Advantage – 2-5 business days

Please note these timelines do not include order processing time. We can ship to PO boxes if you select a USPS shipping method.

What if my package is delayed?
Carrier shipping delays can occur due to factors outside of our control. Please contact the shipping carrier directly if your package encounters delays. We do not offer refunds for shipping delays.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
We are not responsible for packages lost due to an incorrect shipping address. If your package is returned to our warehouse, we will contact you and allow 1 re-shipment upon address confirmation. If the package fails to deliver after re-shipment, we will refund the cost of the items minus shipping. If you use Apple Pay, please confirm your address is up to date before placing your order.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
Full priced items can be returned within 14 days of purchase. Items must be unworn and in their original condition and packaging. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

How do I return a damaged or incorrect item?
If you received an incorrect or damaged item, please reach out to us at info@downstateapparel.com and we'll make it right.

Do you offer exchanges?
Exchanges are treated as a return with a new purchase.

What condition must returned items be in?
Items must be returned in their original packaging, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unused.

Refunds

How long does a refund take?
Returns take 3-5 business days to process once they reach our facility. Once processed, you'll receive a refund confirmation email. Refunds may take several additional business days to reflect on your account depending on your financial institution.
